GC16/4: Primary Market Bulletin No. 14

The UK Listing Authority has published Guidance Consultation 16/4: Primary Market Bulletin No.14 (GC16/4) in which it is proposing:

to amend one existing technical note: Related party transactions – modified requirements for smaller related party transactions; and
create one new technical note: Financial information on guarantors in debt prospectuses and requests for omission.

The deadline for comments on GC16/4 is 8 June 2016.
