The Financial Services Consumer Panel has published a position paper on banking culture. The aim of the research was to provide an understanding of what a positive banking culture looks like from a personal and micro-enterprise customer standpoint and to identify some practical measures to improve it. The research includes a series of metrics, suggested by consumers, which could be used to measure the extent to which bank culture is improving in the interests of their customers.
