The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has published the latest issue of its newsletter Ombudsman news (issue 132). This issue of Ombudsman news contains case studies regarding when things go wrong with cars. It also focuses on debt management and contains the usual Q&A section at the end. In particular one of the Q&As covers the upcoming change to the current so-called “next business day” rule.
