The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has published the latest issue of its newsletter Ombudsman news (issue 125). This issue of Ombudsman news contains case studies on broking services involving products including short-term loans and car and travel insurance. The newsletter also contains case studies on complaints relating to investments in unregulated collective investment schemes.
The Ombudsman focus of this issue looks at how, and why, the process for complaining to the FOS has changed over the years.
