The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has published the latest issue of its newsletter Ombudsman news (issue 116). The newsletter includes articles and case studies on disputed transactions and an overview of how the FOS works with the businesses it covers.
The newsletter also includes two questions and answers. The first relates to payday loans and the second concerns the interpretation by the FOS of what constitutes as being “fair and reasonable”.
