There has been published on the legislation.gov.uk website the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2016. The Order amends secondary legislation in consequence of the amendments made to sections 66 and 67 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the insertion of sections 66A and 66B by the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013.
