On 26 September 2018, there was published on the Legislation.gov website the  Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitory Provisions (Modification)) Regulations 2018 (the Regulations).

The Regulations bring into force specified provisions in Part 1 of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (c. 10) on 1st October 2018, in order to establish a single financial guidance body and make associated and consequential provisions relating to the establishment of that body.
