On 14 September 2018, there was published on legislation.gov.uk the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2018. The regulations bring into force, on different dates, the following provisions of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018:

• section 14 (regarding a levy under FSMA 2000 for debt advice expenses of devolved authorities) will come into force 1 October 2018; and
• section 20 (regarding FCA general rules: information about the availability of guidance) will come into force 1 January 2019.
