The FCA has published a web page on contracts for difference (CFDs). The webpage includes a brief summary of the FCA’s December 2016 consultation on CFDs and the areas it will be focusing on in the future. The web page also contains a link to a video of an FCA event for CFD providers which sets out the regulator’s concerns and expectations of the sector.
