The FCA has announced on its webpage for UK alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs) that it has published updated versions of the following forms:
- schedule of AIFs for full-scope UK AIFMs;
- schedule of AIFs for small registered UK AIFMs; and
- schedule of AIFs for small authorised UK AIFMs.
The FCA has also published a form Article 23/FUND 3.2.2R Disclosures checklist which relates to the disclosures that firms should make to investors under FUND 3.2.2R. The updated schedule of AIFs forms state that this checklist should be completed for each alternative investment fund (AIF) or sub-fund or compartment of an AIF, unless the cross-reference is applicable to more than one sub-fund or compartment of an AIF.
