On 19 October 2016, we blogged the FCA’s Market Study 15/1.3: Investment and corporate banking market study final report and Consultation Paper 16/31: Investment and corporate banking: prohibition of restrictive contractual clauses. The FCA has now updated its investment and corporate banking market study webpage to state that it will publish the related Policy Statement in Q2 2017.
