On 17 April 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published Primary Market Bulletin 55 which includes a guidance consultation (GC25/1) on proposed changes to its Knowledge Base and on digital reporting for annual financial statements, as well as final guidance (FG25/1) on changes that were consulted on in Primary Market Bulletin 53.

The deadline for responses to GC25/1 is 15 May 2025.
