On 29 April 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published webpages setting out complaints data for H2 2024.

The webpages set out:

  • Firm-level complaints data from firms that 500 or more complaints within this 6 month reporting period, or 1000 or more for an annual reporting period.
  • Aggregate complaints data which provides an overview of the complaints financial services firms reported to the FCA during the period, including the latest trends and analysis by product group.
  • Firm specific complaints data showing the individual firm data reported to the FCA by financial services, along with analysis on the latest trends for each product.
  • Opened complaints data showing a breakdown of complaints opened by product, product group and firm type; for each of the five products, the volume of complaints opened is broken down by cause of complaint.
