The FCA has issued its latest Policy Development update.

The update provides information on recent FCA publications. It also lists forthcoming FCA publications including a:

  • consultation paper on the implementation of the Benchmarks Regulation (February 2017);
  • fourth consultation paper on implementing MiFID II (late 2016);
  • consultation paper on updating and clarifying consumer credit reporting provisions (October 2016); and
  • policy statement onthe three MiFID II consultation papers that have already been published (H1 2017).
