The FCA has published its latest Policy development update (No.8).
In this update, the FCA lists its publications issued since the last update and sets out an updated timetable for forthcoming publications. Forthcoming FCA publications include a Policy Statement to:
- Consultation Paper 13/12 concerning CRD IV for investment firms this month;
- Consultation Paper 13/13 concerning the FCA’s regulatory approach to crowdfunding in Q1 2014;
- Consultation Paper 13/5 concerning the client assets review (including the consultation on EMIR indirect client clearing) in Q1/2 2014; and
- Consultation Paper 13/10 concerning detailed proposals for the FCA regime for consumer credit in February/March 2014.
