The FCA has published its latest Policy development update (No. 28) which covers:

• FCA publications issued since the last update;
• information about recent FCA Handbook-related and other developments;
• other publications – consumer publications, guidance consultations and finalised guidance; and
• an updated timetable for forthcoming publications.

In relation to forthcoming publications, the FCA has updated its table to indicate that it expects to issue a Policy Statement to Consultation Paper 15/17: Capital resources requirements for Personal Investment Firms (PIFs) in December 2015. The FCA MiFID II Consultation Paper on markets is still listed as being published in December 2015.
