The FCA has published Handbook Notice No.44.

On 25 May 2017, the FCA Board made changes to the Handbook in the following instruments:

• Handbook Administration (No.46) Instrument 2017;
• Conduct of Business Sourcebook (Pension Annuity Comparator) Instrument 2017; and
• Enforcement (Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2016) Instrument 2017.

The Handbook Notice briefly describes the changes made by the above instruments.
