On 30 June 2023, the FCA published Handbook Notice No 110.
The Handbook Notice describes the changes to the FCA Handbook and other material made by the FCA Board under its legislative and other statutory powers.
On 25 May 2023, the Board of the FCA made the relevant changes to the Handbook as set out in the instrument listed below:
- Consumer Credit (Debt Packager Remuneration from Debt Solution Provider) Instrument 2023 – Changes effective from 2 June 2023.
On 12 June 2023, the Board of the FCA made the relevant changes to the Handbook as set out in the instrument listed below:
- Long-Term Asset Fund (Amendment) Instrument 2023 – changes effective from 3 July 2023.
On 29 June 2023, the Board of the FCA made the relevant changes to the Handbook as set out in the instruments listed below:
- Handbook Administration (No 65) Instrument 2023 – Changes effective from 30 June 2023.
- Cryptoasset Financial Promotions Instrument 2023 – Changes effective from 8 October 2023.
- Mortgage Affordability Rules (Amendment) Instrument 2023 – Changes effective 30 June 2023.
