On 28 April 2023, the FCA published Handbook Notice No 109.

The Handbook Notice describes the changes to the FCA Handbook and other material made by the FCA Board under its legislative and other statutory powers.

On the 27 April 2023, the Board of the FCA made the relevant changes to the Handbook as set out in the instruments listed below:

Financial Resilience Reporting Instrument 2023 – changes effective 1 January 2024.
Claims Management Form Guidance and Numbering Instrument 2023 – changes effective 28 April 2023.
Technical Standards (Markets in Financial Instruments Transparency) Instrument 2023 – changes effective 28 April 2023 and 29 April 2024.
Fees (Payments Systems Regulator) Instrument (No 1) 2023 – changes effective 28 April 2023.
