On 25 March 2022, the FCA published Handbook Notice 97.

This Handbook Notice describes the following instruments that the FCA board approved on 24 March:

• Packaged Retail and Insurance-Based Investment Products (Scope Rules and Technical Standards) Instrument 2022.
• FEES (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No 17) Instrument 2022.
• Financial Services Compensation Scheme (Management Expenses Levy Limit 2022/2023) Instrument 2022.
• Handbook Administration (No 59) Instrument 2022. In summary, the amendments amend the Glossary of definitions to clarify that the date reference for the Trade Repositories (EU Exit) Regulations should be in 2019, not 2018.
