On 1 March 2019, the FCA published Handbook Notice 63, which sets out changes made to the FCA Handbook under FCA instruments on 24 January 2019 and 28 February 2019. The changes made to the Handbook are set out below:

• The Conduct of Business Sourcebook (Retirement Outcomes Review) Instrument 2019 has made changes to: Glossary; and COBS 13, 13 Annex 2, 14, 16, 19, 19 Annex 2G and 19 Annex 3R;
• The Fees (Devolved Authorities Debt Advice Levies) Instrument 2019 has made changes to: Glossary; FEES 1 and 2; and CREDS Sch 3; and
• The Fees (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No 13) Instrument 2019 has made changes to: Glossary; IFPRU 4, TP 1 and Sch 2; COLL 5; and FUND 3.

The date at which the changes come into effect varies for each amendment – they are outlined on page 2 of the Handbook Notice.
