The FCA has published its latest Handbook Notice which introduces the FCA Handbook and other material made by the FCA Board under its legislative powers on 18 June and 2 July 2015, and rules also made by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) on 3 June 2015. It also contains information about other previous FCA publications and, if appropriate, lists minor corrections made to previous instruments made by the FCA Board.
On 3 June 2015, the FOS Board made changes to the FCA Handbook in the following instruments:
- Fees (Consumer Buy to Let) Instrument 2015 (also made by the FCA); and
- ADR Directive Supplementary Instrument 2015 (also approved by the FCA).
On 18 June 2015, the FCA Board made changes to the FCA Handbook in the following instruments:
- Periodic Fees (Pensions Guidance Providers) Instrument 2015;
- Periodic Fees (2015/2016) and Other Fees Instrument 2015; and
- Fees (Consumer Buy to Let) Instrument 2015 (also made by the FOS).
On 2 July 2015, the FCA Board made changes to the FCA Handbook in the following instruments:
- Handbook Administration (No. 38) Instrument 2015; and
- Individual Accountability Instrument 2015.
