The FCA has published its latest Handbook Notice (10).

This Handbook Notice introduces the FCA Handbook and other material made by the FCA board under its legislative powers on 27 February and 27 March 2014. It also contains information about other publications relating to the Handbook and, if appropriate, lists minor corrections made to previous instruments made by the FCA board.

Among the instruments made by the FCA board are:

  • Crowdfunding and the Promotion of Non-Readily Realisable Securities Instrument 2014;
  • Capital Requirements Directive IV (Capital Buffers) Instrument 2014; and
  • Consumer Credit (Debt Management Client Money Supplementary Amendments) Instrument 2014.
