The FCA has published the Crowdfunding (Amendment) Instrument 2014, made by the FCA Board on 24 July 2014.
The instrument comes into force on 4 August 2014 and makes amendments to the:
- Glossary;
- Senior Management Arrangements, Systems and Controls sourcebook;
- Conduct of Business sourcebook;
- Supervision manual;
- Dispute Resolution: Complaints sourcebook;
- Consumer Credit sourcebook; and
- Listing Rules.
