The FCA has published a co-operation agreement it has entered into with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). The purpose of the co-operation agreement is to provide a framework for co-operation and referrals between the innovation functions of each authority. The agreement also sets out how authorities plan to share and use information on innovation in their respective markets.
