The Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No 5) Order 2014 (the Order) has been published on legislation.gov.uk website. The Order was made on 14 July 2014.

The Order brings into effect for all remaining purposes on 1 August 2014 sections 100, 101 and 102 of the Financial Services Act 2012. These sections contain amendments to the Banking Act 2009 relating to the extension of the special resolution regime to investment firms, central counterparties and group companies.
