On 21 November 2018, HM Treasury published explanatory information for two upcoming EU Exit statutory instruments (SIs):

• Financial Services (Distance Marketing) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. This SI will amend the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 to ensure the Regulations operate effectively upon the UK’s departure from the EU; and
• Money Market Funds (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018. This SI will amend the EU Money Market Funds Regulation in its scope as retained EU law, to ensure the underlying policies operate effectively once the UK has left the EU.
