The European Parliament has published the provisional text of a legislative resolution on the proposed Regulation amending the Capital Requirements Regulation to extend certain exemptions for commodity dealers.
The text needs to be formally adopted by the Council of the EU. It will then be published in the Official Journal of the EU and enter into force 20 days after its publication.
