The European Parliament has published a press release announcing that it has approved the proposed Regulation for a Single Resolution Mechanism (the SRM Regulation).

The Commission has also published a press release, together with a memo and FAQs on the SRM Regulation.

In addition, the Parliament’s Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs has published amendments to the text of the SRM Regulation in which it highlights changes proposed to the Commission’s original legislative proposal.
