The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published an updated version of its Q&As on the implementation of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). The updated Q&As include new material on the following topics:

• reporting of trade repositories: buy/sell indicator for swaps; and
• transition to the new EMIR technical standards on reporting.
