The European Securities and Markets Authority has updated its Questions & Answers (Q&As) on the implementation of the Short Selling Regulation. The Q&As now include an updated question and answer relating to uncovered short sales – covering a short sale with claims to as yet unissued shares (subscription rights, convertible bonds).
