On 11 November 2015, the Joint Committee of the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) published a consultation paper giving stakeholders the opportunity to comment on the draft regulatory technical standards (RTS) that it has to produce under the Regulation on Key Information Documents for Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (the PRIIPs Regulation). The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has now published the responses to this consultation which is now closed. The final draft RTS and accompanying impact assessment will be submitted to the European Commission for endorsement by 31 March 2016.
