The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has updated its questions and answers on the application of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).

ESMA has updated section III (Reporting to national competent authorities under Articles 3, 24 and 42 AIFMD) by inserting new Q&As 56 to 64 and section VII (Calculation of leverage) by inserting a new Q&A 5.
