The European Securities and Markets Authority has published an updated questions and answers (Q&A) paper on prospectus related issues. The updated Q&A includes two new questions and answers covering:

• the format for the individual summary relating to several securities; and
• the applicable registration document schedule where a listed issuer proposes to issue convertible or exchangeable debt securities where the underlying securities are the issuer’s shares.
