The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a table that provides an overview of the current status of implementation of the applicable MiFIR deferred publication regime per Member State and type of instruments. The list is based exclusively on voluntary contributions from the relevant national competent authorities, and will be subject to change (in accordance with the national legal framework and any decisions by the relevant national competent authority), on the basis of the information provided by the latter. ESMA therefore states that it is advisable to check the list regularly and contact the relevant national competent authority for further confirmation.
