The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published its work programme for 2018 covering various areas, among others, including the:

  • European Social Entrepreneurship Funds Regulation;
  • European Venture Capital Funds Regulation;,
  • European Market Infrastructure Regulation;
  • Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II;
  • Prospectus Regulation;
  • Market Abuse Regulation;
  • Securities Financing Transactions Regulation; and
  • Proposed Regulation establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of central counterparties.
