On 30 January 2020, there was published in the Official Journal of the European Union:
- Decision No 62/2018 of the EEA Joint Committee concerning the incorporation of delegated and implementing regulations relating to the Solvency II Directive;
- Decision No 63/2018 of the EEA Joint Committee concerning the incorporation of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/438 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1212 relating to the Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities Directive; and
- Decision 64/2018 of the EEA Joint Committee concerning the incorporation of the European Venture Capital Funds Regulation, the European Social Entrepreneurship Funds Regulation and Commission Implementing Regulations (EU) 593/2014 and 594/2014.
