EEA Joint Committee Decision incorporating MiFIR and MiFID II Directive into EEA Agreement published in OJ

On 12 March 2019, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) the European Council Decision 2019/389 concerning the incorporation into Annex IX (Financial Services) of the EEA Agreement of MiFID II and MiFIR. The Decision incorporates Annex IX of the EEA agreement MiFID II and MiFIR.

The Decision entered into force on 4 March 2019.
