ECB Regulation on SSM mediation panel and rules of procedure published in OJ

There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (the OJ) the Regulation of the European Central Bank (ECB) concerning the establishment of a mediation panel and its rules of procedure (SSM Mediation Regulation). The SSM Mediation Regulation covers the:

mediation panel, including its establishment, composition and voting procedures; and
mediation process, including the handling of requests for mediation and the panel’s decision-making procedures.

The SSM Mediation Regulation enters into force on the day following its publication in the OJ.
