There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ), a decision of the European Central Bank (ECB) on the provision to the ECB of supervisory data reported to the national competent authorities (NCAs) by supervised entities.
The decision relates to the reporting requirements that apply to credit institutions under the Capital Requirements Regulation and the Commission Implementing Regulation on the supervisory reporting of institutions and specifies the:
- format;
- frequency;
- timing for the submission of information; and
- quality checks NCAs should perform before submitting information to the ECB.
