The European Banking Authority (EBA) has updated its questions and answers (Q&As) on the single rulebook, which relate to the CRD IV package of reforms: the CRD IV Directive, the Capital Requirements Regulation and the related technical standards and guidelines developed by the EBA.
The 3 updated Q&As cover:
- applicable mappings before entry into force of implementing technical standards on articles 136(1) and 270 of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR);
- continuation of current liquidity waivers, under article 8 of the CRR; and
- fair value hierarchy.
