The European Banking Authority has updated its Q&A on the Single Rulebook to include new questions and answers relating to the Capital Requirements Regulation and Capital Requirements Directive IV.
Specifically, the new Q&As relate to the following subject matter:
- clarification regarding the reference year for the purpose of the remuneration data to be collected by competent authorities (ID: 2015_2275 and ID:2015_2276); and
- application of article 11 Capital Requirements Regulation in terms of determining the scope of application for multi-national banking groups (ID: 2015_2366).
