Article 143(1) of the CRD IV Directive requires Member State competent authorities to publish information on the measures that have been adopted in the field of prudential regulation. Member State competent authorities are also required to publish information on how any available national options and discretions have been exercised, the general criteria and methodologies used for the purpose of the supervisory review and evaluation process and aggregate statistical data on key aspects of the prudential framework.

The European Banking Authority (EBA) has now published in aggregated format the information disclosed by Member State competent authorities according to the implementing technical standards on supervisory disclosure which were published in the Official Journal of the EU on 4 June 2014.

The information disclosed covers all Member States apart from Cyprus, Lithuania, Poland and Portugal. Information from these states are expected soon.
