On 13 December 2018, a draft of The Credit Rating Agencies (Amendment, etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 was published on the legislation.gov.uk website and laid before Parliament.

The draft statutory instrument makes amendments to retained EU law relating to credit rating agencies to ensure that it continues to operate effectively in the UK once the UK has left the EU.
