There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ), the European Commission delegated Regulation supplementing the Capital Requirements Regulation by way of Regulatory Technical Standards specifying the requirements for investor, sponsor, original lenders and originator institutions relating to exposures to transferred credit risk. The delegated Regulation will enter into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the OJ.
