Delegated Regulation on RTS on clearing obligation under EMIR published in OJ

There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1178 of 10 June 2016 supplementing the Regulation on over-the-counter derivative transactions, central counterparties and trade repositories with regard to regulatory technical standards on the clearing obligation. The Delegated Regulation will enter into on 9 August 2016.
