There was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1609 of 17 May 2016 amending Delegated Regulation No.1222/2014 with regard to regulatory technical standards for the specification of the methodology for the identification of global systemically important institutions and for the definition of subcategories of global systemically important institutions. The Delegated Regulation will enter into force the day after its publication in the OJ, that is 9 September 2016.
