There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) a Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/180 of 24 October 2016 supplementing the Capital Requirements Directive IV with regard to regulatory technical standards for benchmarking portfolio assessment standards and assessment-sharing procedures. The Delegated Regulation comes into force on 23 February 2017.
