The Council of the EU has published a revised version of the text of the proposed Directive amending the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD) as regards the ranking of unsecured debt instruments in insolvency hierarchy. The next step for the proposed Directive is publication in the Official Journal of the EU.
