The Council of the EU has published a corrigendum to the text of the Capital Requirements Directive IV. The corrigendum explains that there are obvious errors in 23 of the different language versions of the Directive that were published in the Official Journal of the EU. Member States have a time limit of three days to make observations on the corrigendum.
